Portrait artist Ronnie O'Banion, a native and lifelong resident of Campbellsville, has been a full-time professional photographer since 1987.
Ronnie's passion for photography began developing long before, though.
While still a student at Campbellsville High School, Ronnie found himself "taking pictures that were different from your average Joe."
"I realized that I saw things differently through a camera," he said.
Ronnie shut the doors of his own Yesterday's Memories studio before joining the staff of Pierce Portrait Studio in 2003. Since then, he and owner Kenneth Pierce have played a key role in helping revitalize Campbellsville's downtown photo district.
Ronnie specializes in award-winning pageant photography, including "photogenics," as well as maternity portraits.
Ronnie's pageant photography clients have included numerous contestants and winners of the Miss Kentucky and Miss Kentucky USA pageants, as well as top-finishers in countless other local, regional, state and national pageants.
Ronnie's hobbies include hiking, landscaping and woodworking. |
